Features:

125cc Engine variants: After the numerous engine changes for the 2013 and 2014 models which included a new piston design, new reed valve position on the crankcases, new main bearings supporting the new billet machined crankshaft, changes to the cylinder and head, a new twin-ring piston design, a revised TMEES sytem, new CDi programming and carburetion settings, new intake system with a new filter cage, air boot and carb manifold, new gearbox roller mechanism for more precise shifting and a new exhaust with a HGS silencer. TM have continued to push development further and the 2015 model has recieved yet more changes to enhance performance and longevity, this includes a new crankshaft and con-rod arrangement, revised port timing to match the new re-worked cylinder, new main bearings and hi-tech seals, a complete new exhaust system, and a new TMEES pulley and cable arrangement has been designed and fitted to again boost performance and reliability of the TMEES system.
250cc / 300cc Engine variants: After recieving many engine changes during 2013/14, which included a new clutch basket with a friction reduction coating combined with new fibre plates, revised CDi mapping, a revised gearbox shifter system with friction reduction coated shift forks and a revised powervalve governor system with modifications to the bearings and a complete redesign of the intake system including the crankcases, for 2015 a brace of changes have been applied. The new 2015 model now features a new cylinder and cylinder head featuring the TMEES electronic exhaust valve system for a greater control of the power delivery at all rpm’s, a new crankshaft with new ‘high tech’ main bearings and crank seals for better ‘crank effects’ and to aid crankshaft stability and duration, a new transmission cover, clutch inspection cover and water pump cover created using a different casting process for a cleaner look whilst saving weight and a gearbox position sensor, connected to the TMEES exhaust valve offering a greater control of engine power delivery depending on the selected gear at all rpm’s, and a new exhaust system for total optimization of all new components.
Chassis: Chassis changes include modified geometry featuring a new rear shock length (8mm) matched to a new linkage for better progression and traction in all conditions with revised suspension settings, a new rear wheel spindle diameter with an increase of 2.5mm for added strength and less deflection of the swing-arm and a new plastics design in a fresh and aggressive style. This new plastic arrangement, also featuring a new seat and fuel tank incorporates a ‘fresh air flow system’ which channels cool air via a control channel to the airbox to maximise cold air feed for higher power output. This new look is finished with a fresh new graphic look in an Italian theme.
